I installed the kitchen hood fan, and plugged in the fridge,
but I still need to finish installing the oven, cooktop, and sink/dishwasher.
The skylight and windows provide plenty of light
for the houseplants I have brought to the new place.
They have much more room to grow here.
I used available paint on the insulation above the main entrance to
protect it from UV degradation till I get it buried.
When I ran out of the tan paint, I mixed a burgundy with white and blue and ended up with a light purple.
After painting a bit, I noticed that it with the golden color of the foam, and the purple,
I had the colors for LSU (where I got my degree), so I used some tape to make the stencil.
That should really confuse the archeologists when they excavate it in a few thousand years.
