Starting with the contour map I had the surveyor create, we made a 3D model of the property with the MicroStation CAD software package.

We started by laying out the driveway and 3 hole golf course		Then we merged in the house design

This animation takes a walk from the bedrooms through the Great Room,
and to the Master Bedroom while looking towards the lake.

Later we added textures, trees, lighting and shadows to make it more realistic.
