I purchased 7.3 acres of land in Ferris, Texas with profits from my Y2K Programming contract.
I plan to build an energy self sufficient Monolithic Dome Earth Sheltered house, overlooking the lake.

I found the aerial photo of the property on Mapquest.com shortly after I ran the trencher for the irrigation lines
and added the property outline and pointers showing the trench, lake and my Dome greenhouse.
I had a survey done with 1 foot contours lines so I can properly plan my land usage.

We used the contour diagram to build a 3D model in MicroStation and developed a master plan for the property.
